- Prices are valid per flat/day - excl. visitor's tax € 2,00 summer / € 3,00 winter Euro per person/day.
- Additional bed (according to flat accomodation possibilites) possible - additional bed for additional person á 15,00 Euro.
- Final cleaning: 50,00 Euro
- Short-stay-surcharge for stay under 4 days: 15,00 Euro per person/day.
- Dogs are welcome! Charge Euro 15.- per day (without food).
- Booking has to be completed in written form and a deposit has to be made.
- Check-in from 2.00 pm on arrival day, check-out until 10.00 am.
- If you do not check-in the deposit will be kept as cancellation fee.
- In case of late arrival or early departure we have to charge the booked stay.
- Otherwise the regulations of the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.
- You can have breakfast and dinner in the hotel.
- Breakfast € 19,00 per person and dinner menu for € 27,00 per person
- A'la carte restaurant in the hotel next door (closed on Monday)
- You can use the spa area of the hotel for a fee of € 30,00 per person/day
