Biking and cycling in the Pitztal

Since summer 2017 we are a quality-tested bike accommodation. We offer the ideal starting point for your bike holiday. The Pitztaler Bike-Eldorado is known for its magnificent views. Mountains as far as the eye can see.

    For your mountain bike tour you are welcome to rent mountain bikes directly from us at the Hotel Alpenhof.

    Rental of classic mountain bikes FREE OF CHARGE

    E-bike rental per day: € 25.00 incl. helmet (we have a total of 2 e-bikes)

    • Maps and information material are available in the hotel 
    • We have a locked and video-monitored bike garage (for bikes brought along)

    At the Alpenhof we offer:

    • Storage room for bikes (lockable and theft-insured)
    • Bike racks in front of the house
    • Marked washing area (water hose, washing brush)

      Cycling/biking map of the region
      Cycle or mountain bike tour descriptions with map section for free use
      List of bike repair shops, bike shops, bike rental + opening hours/addresses
      List of bike schools/bike guides + opening hours/addresses
      Timetable/opening times of public transport/cable cars with bike transport
      Trade magazines 
      Weather information: Current weather report with 3-5 day forecast
    • Small bike repair package consisting of: Pump for all common valves, repair kit incl. tyre lever, lubricant and basic assortment of tools (Allen key set, fork spanner set, screwdriver, Torx)
    • Facilities for washing and drying cycling clothing or washing and drying service (can be offered for a fee).
