After a day full of adventures with family or friends, there is nothing better than reliving the past day in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Our spa oasis in the Hotel Alpenhof offers a variety of possibilities. Organic sauna, finnish sauna, brine steambath, aroma steambath, infrared cabin with meditation music and colour therapy invite you to relax. The blood vessels expand, the respiratory frequency increases, the muscles relax - with every sauna session the circulation is stimulated and your natural body defences are strengthened. Nothing relaxes the body as much as a sauna session in the hotel Alpenhof.On request you can book a variety of massages to indulge your body with additional recreation. For a relaxing spa visit we have cozy bathrobes and bath shoes at your disposal.
