Cancellation conditions
Summer 2023 and winter 2023/2024:
In the event of border closures, officially imposed hotel closures or a renewed government lockdown, we offer you the following alternatives:
- Free cancellation
- Uncomplicated rebooking to another period
If you have to cancel your holiday with us for any other reason, our regular cancellation conditions apply:
- Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival
- From 2 months to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the holiday price
- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price
- In case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100%.
... and because something can always come up:
To save you costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out the Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance from our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung, which also covers Corona illness, or another travel insurance.
